What happens after you order
Real dispatch and delivery timing, warehouse to door.
From Monday to Friday, our warehouse team in Melbourne (Braeside) picks, packs and prepares your order for dispatch.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over $100. Under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Dispatch
Orders typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days of purchase. During busy periods (sales, promos, holidays) dispatch can take a little longer. We'll email tracking once dispatched — give it up to 24 hours for the courier's system to update.

Good to know
- Multiple cartons: orders with several items may ship separately, each with its own tracking link and possibly different arrival days.
- Not home: couriers leave a card and attempt re-delivery — Magic doesn't use authority-to-leave unless a customer has specified it.
- No parcel lockers: Australia Post parcel lockers aren't supported.
